In-home concierge dog grooming

Your pup gets the spa day. You keep the car clean.

We come to your home in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina — no crates, no kennel waiting, no drop-off. Just your dog, in a room they already know.

Nothing is booked until we look it over and write back — usually the same day.

What we can do for your dog

Pick one service or a few. Tell us what you have in mind on the request form and we'll talk through what suits your dog's coat.

How booking works

Three steps, and none of them involve sitting on hold.

1

You send a request

Choose a date and time that works, then tell us about your dog — breed, age, health, and how they usually handle grooming.

2

We review it

We check the schedule and make sure the service fits your dog's coat and temperament before anything is promised.

3

You get a confirmation

You'll hear back — usually the same day — with your confirmed time and anything to have ready.

Getting your home ready

Everything arrives with the groomer. All we need on your end is a little space and a calm room.

  • A clean, well-lit area with room for the grooming table and equipment
  • Children and other pets kept clear of the grooming area when asked
  • A heads-up about anything hazardous in the space
  • Room to work without interruption while clippers and dryers are running

Some dogs settle much faster when they can't see or hear their owner. If we ask for a few minutes of space, it's for their comfort and safety.

Tell us before we start

Honest answers here make the appointment safer and calmer for your dog. Nothing on this list is a dealbreaker — surprises are.

  • Health conditions: allergies, skin issues, seizures, heart or breathing trouble, joint problems, recent surgery, current medications
  • Any history of biting, snapping, or serious anxiety during grooming, nail trims, or with clippers and dryers
  • Your vet's name and number, plus an emergency contact

Grooming can uncover conditions nobody knew about, and it can be stressful for senior or medically fragile dogs. If continuing would put your dog at risk, we'll pause, modify, or stop — comfort comes before a perfect haircut.

Good to know

The practical details, up front, so nothing is a surprise on appointment day.

Matted coats

Badly matted hair often can't be safely brushed out. When a shorter cut is the kinder option, we'll go that route — matting hides irritation, sores, and skin that's pulled tight, so removing it carries some risk.

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours to cancel or reschedule. Less notice than that is charged at 50% of the service price, due before the next appointment is booked.

Running late

If your dog can't be reached within 15 minutes of the start time, it counts as a no-show and is charged at 50%. A late start may also mean a shorter groom or a new date.

Payment

Due when the groom is finished, unless we've arranged otherwise. The final price can shift from an estimate if coat condition, matting, or behavior means extra time — and we'll tell you before it does.

Fleas & ticks

If we find fleas, ticks, or other parasites, we may need to stop or change the service. Extra cleaning and sanitation charges can apply, and we'll let you know first.

Photos

We love showing off a fresh groom on Instagram, but only with your say-so. It's an optional yes-or-no on the form, and your address never goes out with a photo.
